Smile for Human Flourishing
The SMILE Framework places human flourishing at the heart of learning — organising the essential capacities for a meaningful, resilient and responsible life into five interconnected domains: Social consciousness, Metacognition, Intellectual strength, Living mindfully and Emotional well-being.
Delivered under Mindpod Academy, the framework runs through three age-specific programmes with the SMILE Flourishing Index measuring growth across social, cognitive, emotional and behavioural dimensions.

Clean My Village
In partnership with Apollo Tyres Foundation, this solid waste management initiative runs across three villages — Eraiyur, Vallakottai and Mathur — in Sriperumbudur Block, Kanchipuram District.
Teams of women from economically disadvantaged backgrounds — our Nirmal Brigade, eight per village — lead door-to-door collection of source-segregated household waste. From village-based Resource Recovery Yards they apply the principles of Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (3R), demonstrating a circular economy at the grassroots level.
EARTH Project
A school-based environmental education initiative in Vallakottai and Mathur villages, supported by Repco Micro Finance Limited — cultivating sustainable behaviours through four integrated, experiential interventions.

Most pledges received for a campaign
To advocate education for sustainable development, WHT organized a nationwide Pledge-a-thon across Tamil Nadu from 14 February to 14 March 2014. Corporation and private schools took part, receiving a total of 122,582 pledges — earning WHT the Guinness World Record.
