Founder & Managing Trustee
Jayalakshmi Sakthivelan
With 39 years in television programme production — 15 years in India's Government Television and 24 years in private enterprise — Jayalakshmi founded World Heritage Trust in 1999 to carry development communication into sustainability education. She joined Doordarshan Kendra, Madras as Associate Producer (1981–1991) and later as Programme Executive selected by UPSC (1991–1995), producing educational television, documentaries and social-welfare features across three decades.
She designed the Green Minds Genius Star Program and the seven-part Go Green Inside curriculum, and in 2014 led the Sustainability Pledge-a-thon that earned WHT the Guinness World Record for most pledges received for a campaign — 122,582 pledges across Tamil Nadu.
Director
Abirambika Ravivarman is a leadership and systems coach and the founder of Human Systems at Work, where she supports organizations in strengthening performance, execution, and collaboration in complex and fast-changing environments.
She works at the intersection of leadership coaching, systems thinking, and organizational effectiveness, helping leaders and teams improve how they communicate, align, and make decisions to drive better results.
A former banker with experience across India and Canada, Abi brings a practical understanding of how organizations function and scale. She combines corporate experience with coaching expertise to help leaders address real execution challenges and improve how work gets done across teams and stakeholders.
Her work focuses on strengthening the human capabilities that directly impact organizational performance — including clarity, accountability, coordination, and decision-making.
In today's fast-moving and AI-augmented workplace, she helps leaders build the internal and relational capabilities needed to improve execution, enhance collaboration, and enable more effective collective performance.
